Ken Griffey Jr. always has been, and will continue to be my favorite ball player. I was 7 years old when he broke into the league and very quickly fell in love with him as a player. I was coming into my own as a little leaguer, and absolutely idolized him. I will always make the case he’s the greatest player of his era.
